Why the company exists
Workforce demand rarely matches headcount. Businesses get a busy quarter, a run of absence, or a contract that starts three weeks early, and the options are to let service slip, to push the work onto people already at capacity, or to hire someone the workload will not sustain once the peak passes.
The same is true of the administration underneath it. Employee records, onboarding paperwork and the weekly pay run all have to be right, and none of it is a full-time job on its own until suddenly it is.
We provide the alternative: a contracted, scoped arrangement where defined work gets done to a known standard, and the cost tracks the volume rather than the payroll.

What we will not take on
We turn down work outside the three services we publish. We are a staffing and administration provider, not a consultancy, and we do not take on employment law, tax, pensions or immigration work that belongs with a qualified adviser.
If a conversation establishes that what you need sits outside our scope, we will say so on the call rather than stretch a proposal to fit.

The company is directed by its founder and delivers client work through a small dedicated team. Every client is assigned a named lead contact at the start of the engagement, and that person stays with the account.
